Web Browser: BlackBerry Torch 9800 vs iPhone 4 vs Samsung Captivate (Video)
There is a video that compares the speed of the browser between BlackBerry Torch 9800, iPhone 4, and Samsung Captivate (Galaxy S AT&T version) has been circulating on the Internet. In the browser war between WebKit BlackBerry OS 6, IOS 4 Safari, and Android 2.1 Chrome, in a cursory look BlackBerry Torch 9800 is still lagging compared to the two rivals had (either via WiFi or 3G). BlackBerry Torch 9800 predictable processor which only has a 624 Mhz processor more or less affect the performance of these browsers. But at least the BlackBerry WebKit 6, the above is much faster than its predecessor BlackBerry 9700 Onyx.
