Nokia E63 is a downgrade from the E71, but got a few advantages that are essential, as is more comfortable to type for more ergonomic keypad. In general, the following comparison of the Nokia E63 and E71:

E63 is thicker than E71 where E63 was just a plastic body is not like the E71 metal berupoa
Hardware
E63 camera just 2mpx FF E71 decline than the 3.2 Mpx AF, E63 is also no GPS
Connectivity
Unlike E71, E63 does not have IRDA and HSDPA
Audio
E63 has a 3.5 mm audio jack and 2.5 mm E71, E71 besides the volume keys eliminated on E63
