Samsung has announced the Samsung Coby Speed, touchscreen handset with features for CDMA platform. Samsung Corby Speed is a continuation strategy for Samsung cell phone provide one for every lifestyle and provides data speeds up to 2.4Mbps for high speed Internet surfing and downloading from the mobile phone. Samsung phones launches Corby Speed by adding voice and data services to all CDMA operators like Tata Indicom, Reliance Mobile, MTS and Virgin Mobile in January 2010 this month.

Samsung Corby Speed can also be used for quick access to status updates on Facebook, MySpace, Friendster, or tweet on Twitter, Flickr integration, Picasa and Photobucket in this phone homescreen. Users can also upload photos and videos to the popular SNS sites. Samsung Coby Speed has facilities 2 megapixel camera, 2.8-inch screen size or 7.1cm, music player, FM radio with recorder, 80MB internal memory and 8GB microSD card. Samsung Corby Speed comes in 3 color variants of yellow, black and white at a price of $ 223.
