HTC Sensation XL specs: First Look
HTC Sensation XL, an evolution of the popular “HTC Sensation” with a new design, improved hardware and the addition of the audio system is certified Beats by Dr. Dre. HTC Sensation XL smartphone is available in Europe in early November for €599. As usual, this price will be significantly reduced when associated with several operators who offer a permanent contract. Some months that HTC bought 51% of companies Beats by Dr. Dre, for approximately $300 million and operations began to bear fruit: HTC Sensation XL integrates audio chips that improve sound quality when using headphones Beats by Dr. Dre in combination with an integrated music player (completely renovated), streaming video system or HTC Jewellery. HTC Sensation XL will run the Android2.3 operating system , which provides the envelope received from the hardware: Processor Qualcomm MSM8255 Monocor 1.5GHz, 768 MB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage (HTC offers 5 GB of additional online through the Dropbox). One aspect worth noting is the spectacular screen, HTC proposal suggests a multi-touch panel offers a native resolution 4.7-inch 480 x 800 pixels.
HTC Sensation XL is very interesting, especially if we want a certain sound quality, but do not fully understand that only has 16 GB of expandable memory (actually about 12.4 GB available) consider a multimedia focus. On the other hand, advanced users will lose the higher-resolution screen and dual-core processor.
