HTC Radar 4G phone: T-Mobile price $99.99
T-Mobile will offer the HTC Radar 4G, the company’s first smartphone to run the next generation of Windows Phone 7 OS, from November 2, the company announced today. Windows Phone 7 operating system has a tough battle ahead this holiday season, with fierce competition from a brand new iPhone 4S and the Google Android as the Galaxy Nexus and Motorola Droid Razr. Some research firms like IDC and Gartner has provided strong growth for Windows Phones in the coming years, but I suspect it will be stronger worldwide sales in the U.S., at least initially.
However, if Microsoft and its OEM partners to retain and develop a user base in the United States, they should keep the new product down the pipeline. HTC Radar 4G is one of the products, and features a 3.8-inch screen, 1 GHz Snapdragon, 5-megapixel rear camera, front camera for video chat, HSPA+ and 4G connectivity.
